Over time, I’ve noticed two big problems:

  1. It’s harder than ever for early-career UXers to get experience.
    Without real projects, it’s tough to build a portfolio — but without a portfolio, it’s almost impossible to get that first job.

  2. The technology landscape is changing faster than ever.
    Every month, new AI tools, devices, and interaction patterns are emerging — creating endless opportunities (and challenges) for the field of human-computer interaction. Making it even challenging for even the most experienced UX’ers to keep up .

I believe those who will be living in the future should be the ones shaping it.

My goal is to help early-career UXers feel more knowledgeable and empowered to tackle the problems that will define the tech industry and our world over the next 10 years.

So I created an Early Insights Lab, a place for UX’rs to learn and grow together. 🫶
